When we got married the registry wouldn't let me put Super Hero as my occupation, they put Home Duties on our marriage certificate instead. But I AM a Super Hero and my Super Hero name is...... The Nourisher.

Dear Sally E. O.
I appreciate this web page and another I read from you.
I wish I could find someone to go to in Virginia (McLean) where I live. I'm in Michigan, because of a family funeral and I'm having difficulty with my whole digestive tract and it's totally messing me up. I also have type II diabetes and it's not helping either. I will look into the geltin theories and try to help myself as much as possible. I went to look up info on the eat right for your type webpages when I ran into your web links. I read part of this book over 5 years ago and have heard many people referencing it lately.
Thanks for the heads up on checking it all out.

Thanks for the info about Leaky Gut. This has been a real problem for me for the last ten years. I don`t have a Dr. to help me so any info I can get is good.
Thanking you kindly,
Bridget Thatcher

Please check the more up to date books like -Live right for your type or the webpage
www.dadamo.com for the correct food values. coconut oil can be eaten by some BT

I have used this way of eating for 7 years: I am a B and my family is O´s and I find it works perfect for both types.
I use a combo of Nourishing Traditions and BTD.
I would never serve soy for my O´s or chicken and corn for me...

I do not think BTD is a fully developed theory. it lacks some finetuning but it is a HUGE step in the right direction. I just wish it had mixed some of the very wise advices from N. T
