The Nourisher - Editor’s Blog

When we got married the registry wouldn’t let me put Super Hero as my occupation, they put Home Duties on our marriage certificate instead. But I AM a Super Hero and my Super Hero name is…… The Nourisher.

Calling All Sydney Nourishers

By Joanne Hay

Phillip David has just set up a group where people in Sydney who are interested can get to know others who are advocates of the Weston A Price philosophy. This is a great opportunity to get to know others who are interested in the principles of Dr Price and Sally Fallon. Organise buy ins, co-ops, fermenting gatherings and pot lucks or just meet people who support your Nourishing philosophy. Phillip says “Anyone can join, even if they live outside of Sydney. I am sure that there are many people out there who feel a bit alone when they first come across the WAPF way of living / eating and I am sure that by collectively extending a warm and personal welcome out to them, they will find it much easier to get started.” Here’s a link to the Group at MeetUp.com

Joanne Hay, Editor of Nourished Magazine, Chief Nourisher and Mother of three is very grateful to live in Byron Bay and be able to share all she has learned about Nourishment. She has trained as an Acupuncturist (unfinished), Kinesiologist (finished) and parent (never finished). She serves the Weston A Price Foundation as a chapter leader. She loves sauerkraut, kangaroo tail stew, home made ice cream, her husband Wes and her kids Isaiah, Brynn and Ronin (in no particular order…well maybe ice cream first).
