For those who love food and food diversity. There is a wonderful European organization circa 1989, organizing and funding projects that defend our world’s heritage of agricultural biodiversity and gastronomic traditions. The Slow Food Foundation encourages a new agricultural system that respects local cultural identities, the earth’s resources, sustainable animal husbandry, and the health of individual consumers.

Joanne Hay, Editor of Nourished Magazine, Chief Nourisher and Mother of three is very grateful to live in Byron Bay and be able to share all she has learned about Nourishment. She has trained as an Acupuncturist (unfinished), Kinesiologist (finished) and parent (never finished). She serves the Weston A Price Foundation as a chapter leader.
