It seems that modern scientists are now discovering what Weston Price knew 50 odd years ago. A New Scientist article quotes studies on rats that show how specific supplements injected into pregnant rats alter the DNA expression of their children. So too does injection of specific supplements change their behavior. Most parents already get this one.
One of the observations Weston Price made was that foods of modern commerce (white flour, margarines, vegetable oils, tea and sugar) definitely changed the way the primitive people who were exposed to them looked and behaved. These two photos show the difference between genes left to express what themselves naturally and genes that have been affected by the consumption of such nonfood. He even studied inmates of Americas gaols, finding similarities between their diets, their appearance and their moral attitudes.
