When we got married the registry wouldn’t let me put Super Hero as my occupation, they put Home Duties on our marriage certificate instead. But I AM a Super Hero and my Super Hero name is…… The Nourisher.

International Day of Gratitude

By Joanne Hay

November 14, today, is the International Day of Gratitude, as declared by the Oneness University and Sri Bhagavan and Amma, the source behind the divine phenomenon of Deeksha.

There is so much to be grateful for. Finding the pearl of gratitude in all that life offers is an important key to the flowering of the heart and our journey towards oneness. Expressing gratitude is the first simple step in our journey towards a world established in oneness. Let gratitude today enlighten any dark corners of our mind.

Joanne Hay, Editor of Nourished Magazine, Chief Nourisher and Mother of three is very grateful to live in Byron Bay and be able to share all she has learned about Nourishment. She has trained as an Acupuncturist (unfinished), Kinesiologist (finished) and parent (never finished). She serves the Weston A Price Foundation as a chapter leader. She loves sauerkraut, kangaroo tail stew, home made ice cream, her husband Wes and her kids Isaiah, Brynn and Ronin (in no particular order…well maybe ice cream first).

  1. Bhagavan’s vision is definitely something for which we can express our gratitude. He says that “Humanity is entering the most crucial phase of its existence. The coming decade shall witness the most unprecedented and undreamt of changes in the course of its long evolution. There is nothing much humanity can do about it other than to understand the changes that are overpowering it. Towards the end, humanity will enter a new age, The Golden Age!”
