When we got married the registry wouldn't let me put Super Hero as my occupation, they put Home Duties on our marriage certificate instead. But I AM a Super Hero and my Super Hero name is...... The Nourisher.

If you're a member you can ask them. Join up and recommend a campaign by emailing campaigns[at]getup.org.au. Two sentence email as they get alot. I've already asked so more requests now would only help.

Aaaaarrrrrgggghhhh! The decision of the Victorian and NSW governments are a disaster. WA & Tassie are safe for now but SA is now in the process of deciding whether to end its ban.
This is a BIG issue. So much effort has gone into the organic and biodynamic industries to ensure their products are clean and green. How will they be able to guarantee this now? I imagine there'll be increased testing and costs for those not wanting anything to do with GM but risking contamination anyway.
And for consumers a minefield as suprise, suprise the labelling of GM foods rests with the Federal government who have nothing in place.
Nourishers, let the decision makers hear/ read/ see your wrath. Go to www.geneethics.org and take action NOW!

Boy !!
I hope your elections turns out better than ours in Denmark last week :

The liberal party and the conservative party won once more with the support of "Danish Peoples party) - a right winged xenophobic party :-(
- but it was so close and we could have had a red/green government with respect for the poor, children and the environment.
(If Just the women had been the only one who could vote :-D!! )
Instead the selfishness and economy won :-(
