I can’t wait to see Ms Fallon speak in Melbourne, it should be great. I think there is still so much work to be done to get the message of natural traditional foods out there. Just today in The Age here is an article about attempts to reduce trans fats, but the misinformation about saturated fats is so frustrating:
http://www.theage.com.au/news/national/junk-food-pact-to-reduce-fats/2007/03/13/1173548115777.html
It feels like such an uphill battle sometimes.
