My 5 top grocery items are Raw milk, Organic Meat, Vegetables, Eggs (when the chickens don’t lay) and butter/tallow/ghee/lard. All of these are bought either at the local organic butcher, farmers market or health food shops. The raw milk - a contraband item - is also bought from local illegal milk pushers. I certainly don’t shop at the giant retail stores the figures above were drawn from. Gathering food for my tribe is not an easy task but living with the health consequences that the average person does is not easy either. What foods do you mostly consume and from where do you get your supplies?

My 5 top grocery items are virgin coconut oil, organic meat and veges, organic eggs and raw milk. I am going to the farmer’s market tomorrow and try and find an illegal milk pusher. I would love to find some raw butter and cream.
