I just wished to extend my thanks for the wonderful prize of the Nourishing Traditions Cookbook/bible. Food tastes good again. I have since bought my parents a copy and a friend has also bought herself a copy after reading through mine. My partner cant get enough of the real stock based sauces I've made. Life's good!
